Refund Policy

This page describes the refund conditions that apply to credit packs and subscriptions purchased on CVGlow. It complements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Credit packs

Credit packs purchased on CVGlow are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no credits from the pack have been used to run a tailoring.

Once any credit from the pack has been used, the unused portion is no longer refundable, except as required by applicable law (see Section 6).

2. Subscriptions (if offered)

Where CVGlow offers a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Renewals are not refundable, except where the renewal was processed in error or the service was materially unavailable during the period (see Section 4). Prorated refunds for partial periods are not provided.

3. Trial purchases

Trial purchases (limited-credit packs sold at a promotional price) are non-refundable once any trial credit has been used, because the trial is consumed immediately and the price reflects that.

Unused trial purchases may be refunded within 7 days of purchase on request.

4. Service unavailability

If the service is materially unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days without prior notice, you may request a prorated refund for unused credits affected by the outage.

5. Billing errors

Any duplicate charge, mistaken charge, or charge for an account you do not own will be fully refunded as soon as the error is verified. Contact us at hello@cvglow.co with the transaction reference.

6. Statutory rights (EU and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction granting a statutory withdrawal right, you may have an additional right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

Under EU and UK consumer law, this right is lost once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent. By running a tailoring with a credit, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost for that consumed credit. Unused credits remain eligible for withdrawal within the 14-day window.

To exercise this right, email hello@cvglow.co with the subject "Withdrawal" and your account email. No specific form is required.

7. How refunds are paid

Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method via Dodopayments, typically within 10 business days of approval.

We do not charge a processing fee for refunds. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may appear in your account 1 to 5 business days after we process it.

8. How to request a refund

Email hello@cvglow.co from the address on your account with: your account email, the nature of the request (unused pack, billing error, outage, withdrawal), and the transaction reference if you have it.

We aim to respond within 3 business days. If we disagree, EU and UK consumers may also contact a competent consumer mediator.
